I would highly recommend this company. They gave a rapid response to my crisis. Provided impeccable customer service and accurate timescales about arriving and when repairs or replacements could be made. In person, Craig was both empathetic and honest. He's a solid and experienced tradesman as the door was replaced within 15 mins. He came and secured the property within 30 mins and a few days later, fitted a new door. Which I'm incredibly happy with.

Again, would highly recommend and I have shared his number with family and friends to use in an emergency or for any other services he provides.

I had an issue with windows not staying shut after putting new handles on and I was very upset as it was in my 2 year olds bedroom. Craig was INCREDIBLE. Instead of charging me for a call out, he let me FaceTime him and he took the time to talk me through what I needed to do. He took the time and the effort straight away that day to help me resolve my issue, he was kind and polite and just so super. And I rang him again about 80 times and he never stopped helping me.

And he made no money! If there were more trade seem like Craig the world would be a much nicer place. Thanks Craig.

A quick and competitive quote was given and a great job carried out on what should’ve been a 5 minute repair (replacement of a damp window pane) but it wasn’t a problem for them. They did what was needed to fix the problem and we are very happy with the result thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Called him on Friday afternoon with a silly problem (my new sofa was too big to fit through the door so I needed my window taking out and putting back in haha!!) he came out 10am Saturday morning. Job done in 10 mins and worked efficiently and carefully! Will definitely be using again for any future door/glazing jobs of which I have a few in mind.
